5 songs that make Don Jazzy the capo of African music producers

Image
Artists draw so we can connect with their vision, to draw us in. Music producers do the same thing with their creativity, they seek to hypnotize our mass mind, to draw us in to their audio presentation and its unique mechanism. Some music producers do this more than others, they eat their competition alive: raw. In today’s music industry few producers of contemporary hip hop sound has made more impact than Don Jazzy.

The killer midget and the stunted dwarf by Femi Fani-Kayode Jnr

Image
This is an article written by Femi Fani Kayode Jnr. Please read on. "Not a single soul has been prosecuted, let alone jailed for the genocide in Southern Kaduna and you are blaming someone for preaching self defense? You are INSANE. Yes, INSANE"- Olufemi Korode, Twitter, 24th January 2017. Can anyone dispute the fact that Mr. Korode is right? Are those that say that Christians should not defend themselves or complain when they are being slaughtered not completely insane? The truth is that had it not been for the fact that eight more innocent and defenceless people were butchered by Fulani militants in Samaru Kataf, Southern Kaduna on 17th January, that six young students of the College of Education, Gidan Waya, Southern Kaduna were massacred on 23rd January and that twenty innocent souls, including women and children, were slaughtered by the same pack of beastly savages in the village of Ohimini in Benue state on that same day I may not have written th...

Teenager found hanged after his mother asks him to start paying rent

Image
18-year-old Elliot Stapleton-Giddins has left everyone confused after he was found hanging in his bedroom at his home in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, England. The teenager, who worked as a chef for a Masterchef: The Professionals finalist, was reportedly very hard working, had a lovely girlfriend, Lily Avril and £2,500 in his account. He also did not give signs of suffering a mental illness so this is quite confusing for everyone, including the coroner who could not arrive at a conclusive verdict. The only incident was likely to have triggered his action was a text message he and his mother exchanged before he was found hanging. His mother informed him via text message that he was to start paying rent of £200 a month. She said she did this to teach him how to be responsible. His girlfriend, Lily, was having a text conversation with him until 2 a.m. the day he died and she revealed that he was upset about his mother's text message. Ms Stapleton-Giddins, ...
